Project title: Grassmere House
The owners of this neocolonial house wanted to bring historical elements into the addition after fitting the original interior with period hardware and detailing. A direct route for their children to the chicken coop and pigsty can be taken from the new mudroom and back deck, while the parents have an improved master suite with antique stained glass windows and their own private balcony.
