3. To do good. We offer this service in exchange for a $50 gift to a local charity.

We have extensive experience in renovation design and construction, aka "house therapy", inside and out. BetterPlace will allow you to:

1. Discuss the property with design and building professionals.

2. Visualize how much better the house can look and function.

3. Understand the cost of the changes.

Total maximum consultation time is three hours. Additional services are available upon request.

How BetterPlace Works:

1. Call 434-971-9914 to make an appointment for your site consultation.

2. You can bring your Realtor along when you meet with our design and building professionals at the property. You will receive:

• An on-site consultation to discuss what aspects of the property don't suit you and what can be done about them.
• A sketch of changes to the exterior or the floor plan.
• A ballpark estimate of the cost

3. Choose a charitable organization:

• Charlottesville Albemarle SPCA
• Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville
• Children, Youth, and Family Services
  

4. Make your check for $50.00 payable to the organization chosen above
